Straight? Volume 2
Edited by Jack Hart
246 pages, soft bound
When the first volume in this series was released, editor Jack Hart’s primary interest was how attractive the “inaccessibility” of straight men was to their gay admirers.
Since then he’s learned that straight men aren’t really as inaccessible as popular opinion leads one to believe. In fact, some of the 22 writers involved with this second collection of “true stories about unlikely sexual encounters between men” are straight guys that have taken a walk on the wild side.
For instance, Doug Roberts tells the fond tale of his only same sex encounter after eating hot wings in a German restaurant. Locker room, college dorm, movie theater, bachelor party, family car – each has sheltered a magic moment in two men’s lives during which a barrier went down and a sexual horizon was explored to mutual satisfaction. Good stuff.
Writing quality varies but each story is fascinating and often surprisingly erotic.
